Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Bluetooth doesn't work, I bought 3 and it's the same, I think they are imitation of a similar scale that does come with Bluetooth, the price is fine if you only want weight but I handle the body composition and I need you to give me that information. I'm better to invest a little more $$. I requested a return.
Please clarify about synchronization with mobile. White ones don't connect I got my money back quickly and without conversations I give it a 5th rating.
